GoCUCards Bringing School to Hawaii September 25-26 2019
Lake Forest, IL – Monday, May 13, 2019 – GoCUCards is thrilled to announce their partnership with PSCU and Mastercard to host a School of Credit Card Program Management at HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union this September. Topics covered will include effective card portfolio analysis, product structure, disclosures and terms, expense control, invoice reviews and more. The school also features workshops using actual data from participating credit unions.
“I am very excited for the opportunity to bring The School of Credit Card Program Management to the credit unions of Hawaii. I’m thankful to HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union for providing the venue and also PSCU and Mastercard’s sponsorship to allow this session to be offered at fraction of the normal cost. Conducting these schools since 2008 has been my life’s passion. And yes, these schools will remain the Ondine method- straightforward and no fluff.” said Ondine Irving, Founder of GO CU Cards.
HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union is welcoming leading independent credit card expert, Ondine Irving, as she educates Hawaii credit unions on proper card program management. The education provides an unbiased perspective to help manage the complexities of a credit card program and identify places where members can experience a return on their investment.
“I was fortunate enough to attend Ondine’s Credit Card Management School in August of 2017. As Product Manager for our Credit Card Portfolio, I learned so much about program management overall.” States Gabrielle Brice-Brown of HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union. “From the way that we should market the product, to maintenance of inactive cardholders, our vendor relationships and pricing, Ondine brought a wealth of industry knowledge to our class as well as a lot of key stakeholders, such as issuers and processors. There was such a great impression left on us that we decided to solicit Ondine’s consulting services after her session. She took a deep dive into our portfolio and uncovered a lot of opportunities for improvement. We are currently putting them into effect today as we are rebuilding our entire Credit Card program. We are truly grateful to Ondine for her work in the Credit Card space and the amount of knowledge that she bestows on her Credit Card School attendees.”
